It depends on the position. It can take from 2 to 8 weeks. Executive positions take longer, or if specific skills are required. We take a down payment after signing the search agreement. The down payment will be pro-rated with the final placement fee.
3 to 12 months. Leadership coaching sessions between a coach and a manager or leader last anywhere from three to 12 months, depending on the leader's coaching needs. Each coaching session lasts for about an hour unless the client requests more time.
We know how time-intensive the job of an HR manager is, so we only introduce them to 3-4 applicants, which we think best suits the skills and personality requirements. On request, we can do it, but most of the time, we get the job description from our client, which we sometimes adjust in a prior consultation.
