Our Process

Recruitment Process


We select talents from our network, including Linkedin and Adverts on our website and other job platforms.

We screen the resumes and conduct the first interviews through Zoom or on the phone.

We present max 3-4 talents per position to our clients with short written feedback.

If hired, we negotiate a salary package and necessary steps.

Leadership Coaching Process


Free 1st Consultation Video Call to define and assess the scope of work. 

Coaching contract - minimum 3 to 12 months or long-term mentorship.

Weekly 60-90 min. Video Coaching sessions to assess progress.

Quarterly Check-Ins. We are with you all the through.

FAQS

How long is the hiring process, and what are the recruitment fees?  


It depends on the position. It can take from 2 to 8 weeks. Executive positions take longer, or if specific skills are required. We take a down payment after signing the search agreement. The down payment will be pro-rated with the final placement fee.

How long is Leadership Coaching?


3 to 12 months. Leadership coaching sessions between a coach and a manager or leader last anywhere from three to 12 months, depending on the leader's coaching needs. Each coaching session lasts for about an hour unless the client requests more time.

How many Applicants can we expect, and do you write job descriptions?


We know how time-intensive the job of an HR manager is, so we only introduce them to 3-4 applicants, which we think best suits the skills and personality requirements. On request, we can do it, but most of the time, we get the job description from our client, which we sometimes adjust in a prior consultation.

Why do I need leadership coaching?


In contrast with traditional leadership training methods, coaching builds stronger leaders through self-awareness and sustainable changes in behavior. Besides focusing on enhancing the leader's learning, coaching assists the leader in developing individual strategies to achieve identified business results.

Can I upgrade/downgrade anytime? 


We have a large pool of talents in our network, as we keep our relationship with applicants on a long-term basis. So we often have the talent before we have the position. Our success rate is 99%. Unfortunately, the remaining 1% couldn't agree (Employee/Employer) regarding the contract.

How confidential is the coaching session and progress?


Conversations between a coach and the client are entirely confidential. If an organization pays for the coaching services, they may receive periodic status updates (dates, milestones achieved, etc.), but we share nothing without the participant's permission.
