I was born in Croatia and raised in Germany. During my almost 30 years of experience in Global Sales and Business Development, I worked across various industries. Dubai, Qatar, Hong Kong, and Switzerland have been just a few stops during his career. When I immigrated six years ago to the US, I founded two companies with my wife.


My goal is to assist international companies and professionals who want to increase their business with the right people. Building a long-term relationship is essential to understand clients' needs. I currently live with my family in San Diego, California.

With over 25+ years of international experience living and working in Dubai, Qatar, Switzerland, and the United States, native German, I have experience in global leadership & Career Coach with a Masters's Degree in Psychological Counseling. Over the last 20 years, I worked for Otto Group, Lufthansa, Pearson PLC, and various international companies worldwide; she specializes in Talent Management, Global Career Coaching, and Global Leadership Development for management executives.


I am a serial entrepreneur with 3 businesses, and I live in San Diego, California, with my husband, daughter, and two dogs. I am also the host of the Muttersprache Podcast, the largest Podcast for Germans in the US.

What is HOLISTIC Leadership Coaching? 


Leadership development focuses on behavioral competencies and how these can be tuned to create more effective leaders. The HOLISTIC view takes a fresh approach: look beyond competencies and consider inner experiences as well. Such a holistic approach can help organizations and their leaders use a broader repertoire of responses to difficult situations and self-leadership.

What if a new hire leaves the company within two months?? 


Suppose the employment which we refer to as our "CLIENT" under our agreement lasts less than three months and provided all fees and expenses have been paid. In that case, we will make a one-time effort to refer a replacement candidate for the same position at no additional placement fee.

What is the process for Holistic Leadership Coaching?

The Coaching Process-Coaching typically begins with a personal video interview to assess the individual's current opportunities and challenges, define the relationship, identify priorities for action, and establish specific desired outcomes. 


Subsequent via video call, with each session lasting between 60-90 Minutes weekly. We may ask the individual to complete specific actions that support one's prioritized goals between scheduled coaching sessions. We may provide additional resources like relevant articles, checklists, assessments, or models to support the individual's thinking and actions. The duration of the coaching relationship varies depending on the individual's personal needs and preferences.

What is the difference between management coaching and Leadership Coaching?

Management development (including management coaching) gives people the skills to manage: run a team meeting, present their plans, network better, motivate their teams, and deliver on targets. 

However, leadership coaching should not operate at the level of management coaching. Leadership coaching helps to create a (new) vision of culture. Holistic leadership coaching offers a look at your organization with a 'wide-angled lens' to see what's emerging in your organization and the broader context you operate within–equipping you with insights that can facilitate sustainable shifts in the flow of innovation, performance, and engagement.

How do you know when the coaching is successful? 


When we have a positive coach-client relationship, there is fluidity & honesty in communication. There is an overarching sense of trust and understanding. Our goal is not to be your yes-man/woman and take your money but to fairly and objectively provide you with the problematic honest support that you cannot share with others. We set milestones and regular check-ins that we can measure your success.

Who is a coach?  


A coach is your second pair of eyes and ears, providing them with a more accurate picture of their reality. He/She encourages, motivates, and provides emotional support to push you to be your best.
